Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I wasn't expecting much from a global paper and fiber company but their team actually knew what they were talking about. The products quality is solid and they delivered what they promised but abeg the waiting time between orders and follow up was something else. I had to chase them myself multiple times before getting updates on my inquiry which shouldn't be necessary for a company this size. Still they came through in the end so I can't complain too much but dem need to sort out their customer communication system.
