Came to inquire about their energy solutions for a work project and the staff were helpful enough in explaining their chemical products but chai the waiting time was something else. I sat there for almost an hour before anyone properly attended to me even though there weren't that many people around. The information they gave was solid and I appreciated that they actually knew their stuff but the whole process felt disorganized sha. I'm still considering them but next time I'll call ahead first because this walk-in experience was frustrating.
