I've been using Sendchamp for my business messaging for a few months now and honestly it does what it promises. The API integration was smooth and the multi-channel setup saved me time connecting WhatsApp, SMS and email from one dashboard. My only gripe sha is that their documentation is a bit scattered when you're trying to troubleshoot issues, had to reach out to support multiple times for things that should've been clearer in the guides. Overall though it's solid and worth it for what I pay, just wish their knowledge base was more organized.
