Been following Setraco's road projects around Lagos for years now and I must say they deliver quality infrastructure work. The engineering standards are solid and you can see it in how the roads they construct hold up during rainy season unlike some other contractors. My only gripe is their communication with residents during construction periods is poor. They don't bother informing people about work schedules so you're stuck in unexpected traffic for hours and nobody knows what's happening.
