Frequent customer here and I must say the cod liver oil and vitamins are legit quality. As a plumber working long hours I needed something to boost my energy and their products actually deliver results no lie. My only gripe is the packaging came damaged last time I ordered and it took them almost a week to send a replacement when I called. Otherwise the vitamins themselves are solid and worth the money if you can handle the customer service wahala.
