Came for a consultation about their brand services and honestly the whole thing felt rushed. The consultant was knowledgeable sha but I waited almost 45 minutes before anyone even looked my way, and when they finally did attend to me it was like I was interrupting their day. They explained what they could do for my business and it sounded promising, but then follow-up became a problem and emails took days to get responses. Na good concept they have here for online branding but if you're a busy person like me you might get frustrated waiting around.
