I wasn't sure at first but my boss recommended Softcom Africa for some digital stuff our company needed and honestly they delivered on what they promised. The team understood what we were trying to do and they explained everything clear, which sha helped a lot since I'm still learning how all this transformation thing works. My only gripe is how long it took them to get back to us on emails and calls sef, sometimes we'd wait days before hearing anything back even when it was urgent. Overall though they know their onions and the work quality is there, just wish their communication was faster because e no easy waiting around.
