Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly the academic offerings are solid, I'll give them that. But abeg the way they handle student concerns is something else entirely. My nephew waited almost three weeks for a response about his admission status and when they finally called back the lady was dismissive like he was wasting her time. Infrastructure is decent and the campus looks fine but if they want people to take them seriously they need to sort out their customer service because right now it feels like you're begging them for basic information.
