I wasn't sure at first but decided to try Spotlight Media for my tailoring business branding and honestly they did deliver on the brand storytelling side. They understood what I was trying to communicate to my customers and put together something solid that actually resonated when I posted it. My only complaint sha is that the whole process took longer than they said it would. They told me two weeks and it was almost a month before everything was finalized, which threw off my marketing timeline that month. Still 4 stars because the final output was worth it, just keep your deadlines tight with them abeg.
