Tried not to think about it too much at first but I eventually came to Sterling Academy for their school packaging services and honestly it was mixed. The packages themselves look quite professional and they did explain the options clearly which I appreciated, but chai the waiting time sha almost killed me waiting almost an hour before someone properly attended to me even though it wasnt busy. The quality is decent for what they charge but for a shop owner like myself I expected faster service considering how much they want. Not against going back but they need to sort out the staff situation because potential customers might just walk out.
