Frequent customer here and I must say the service is generally good when I come to do my transfers and check balances. The staff at the branch are usually helpful and patient even when the queue is long, which I appreciate as a busy Uber driver. My one real complaint though is their mobile app sha, it crashes randomly when I'm trying to check my balance on the road and sometimes transactions take forever to process even when my internet is fine. Everything else works but this app issue happens too often for 2024.
