Frequent user here for monitoring social media trends and I must say the analytics they provide are solid, helped me understand what's actually trending versus what people think is trending. The data visualization is clean and the insights come through pretty fast which is what matters. My only gripe though is navigating their dashboard itself takes some getting used to, took me a good two weeks before I stopped getting lost in the menus and finding what I needed without calling their support. Apart from that wahala, it's been worth it for tracking campaign performance across platforms.
