Frequent customer here and I must say Tress and Crown does good work with the designs, but abeg the waiting is something else. Last time I came in for a touch up, I was told 45 minutes and ended up sitting there for almost two hours while they attended to people who came after me. The stylist who finally did my hair was skilled and my hair looked sharp when I left, but next time I'm bringing my laptop because the waiting area is cramped and boring like that.
