Used to be my go-to but UPS Nigeria has really disappointed me lately with how they handle deliveries. Sent a medical shipment to my sister in Abuja last month and the tracking said it arrived but when she went to collect, the package wasn't there yet sha. When I called to ask questions, nobody could give me a straight answer about where my item was. For a company that's supposed to be a global leader, their local service here is just average at best.
