Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after for some tests and honestly the facilities look decent sha. The equipment and setup seem modern which gave me confidence, but waiting for results took longer than they said it would and nobody even updated me while I sat there. Staff were polite enough when they finally attended to me but the whole experience felt disorganized somehow. For what they charged, you'd think the process would be smoother than this.
