I've been using VDT for my broadband at home for close to a year now and honestly the connection is solid, speeds are what they promised and I haven't had major downtime issues. The only thing that gets me frustrated is their billing process because sometimes charges appear on my account before I even get a notification and trying to reach someone in their billing department is like talking to a wall. Everything else works fine but this one thing alone makes me want to switch sometimes, I no go lie.
