The engineers sha really knew their thing when they walked us through the foundation work, explaining every detail without making it seem like rocket science. What got me was how they actually finished ahead of schedule without cutting corners, and the quality of the concrete work was something else entirely. I no go lie, for a banker like me who doesn't know left from right on construction sites, their professionalism made the whole thing feel trustworthy.
