Been using Vendease for my small food supply needs since last year and I won't lie, connecting with suppliers through them has made things easier sha. But abeg, their app crashes almost every time I'm trying to place an urgent order — last week I lost a whole delivery window because the thing froze mid-checkout and wouldn't load again. The actual service and product quality is solid, customer care even picked up my call when I complained, but that app needs serious fixing because you can't be running a supply chain platform when your own system is unreliable like that.
