Came for business strategy consultation and the consultants here actually knew what they were talking about, which was refreshing honestly. They broke down our company issues in a way that made sense and gave solid recommendations. My only issue is that after paying good money, the follow-up support was basically non-existent. Would have appreciated check-ins or at least someone to clarify implementation, but once they had my money it felt like I was on my own. Still 4 stars because the core service delivered, just could do better with post-engagement support sef.
