My friend dragged me here and initially I was impressed with how they explained their venture capital approach to someone like me who doesn't really understand these things. The consultant was patient and broke everything down small small which I appreciated sha. But after I submitted my documents three weeks ago nothing, no update, no call, just silence and when I finally reached out myself they acted like they didn't remember me. For how much they charge and the way they present themselves, the lack of follow-up is frustrating and makes you wonder if they're actually serious about their clients or just collecting fees.
