Needed some digital creative work done and my friend recommended Visual Verse so I decided to give them a try. The quality of what they delivered was honestly solid and I was happy with the final output, but sha the back and forth communication took forever. I'd send a message and wait days before getting a response which made the whole process drag longer than it should have. Still 4 stars because the actual work was worth it, but they really need to sort out their turnaround time on replies abeg.
