Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after to do some tests and honestly the whole process was straightforward. The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything to me before they took samples, which I appreciated sha. My only complaint is I sat there for almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name even though there wasn't many people ahead of me. Results came back quick though and the quality seemed solid, so I'm not mad but abeg they need to manage their queue better because that waiting nearly killed me.
