Came for my health checkup last week and I no go lie the staff were professional and explained everything clearly which I appreciated. The lab equipment looked clean and modern so that put my mind at ease sef. My only issue sha is that I waited almost an hour even though I had an appointment booked, and they never even apologized or explained why. For a health hub that's supposed to be running things properly, that kind of delay is frustrating but the actual service itself was solid.
