Frequent customer here and I must say Well-Gate has been reliable with drug distribution and my insurance claims processing. The staff know me by name at this point and they always sort me out quick. My only gripe is their computer system takes forever when you're trying to get approvals for medications, like I waited almost 30 minutes just for them to pull up my insurance details when I came last week. Otherwise they've never let me down with getting me what I need.
