Came to Westfield College to plan my daughter's graduation celebration and honestly they did a solid job with the arrangements. The team helped me organize everything from the venue setup to the small details and it all went smooth on the day. My only gripe sha is that getting them on the phone beforehand was like pulling teeth – I had to visit in person multiple times because they weren't picking calls or responding to messages, which created unnecessary stress before the event. Still worth it though because the actual service delivery was good.
