Came to celebrate with my girls last weekend and the lounge itself is really nice, the staff knew what they were doing with the mane work and the final result was sharp sha. My only beef is they took their time though, like I had an appointment for 2pm and didn't get called until almost 3, and there was no explanation or apology about it. For what they charge here you'd think the timing would be better managed but other than that the experience was solid and I'd still come back when I have time to spare.
