Came to do some tests after my doctor referred me and honestly the facility is clean and well organized. The technicians who collected my samples knew what they were doing and explained the whole process clearly which I appreciated. My only gripe is they made an appointment time for me but I still waited almost an hour before I was called, and for someone taking a break from work that's annoying. Results came back accurate and fast though so I can't complain too much, just sort out your appointment schedule abeg.
