I've tried here for a few months now and their health plans are actually solid, claims process is straightforward enough. My only real complaint is their online portal sha — it's slow and confusing, took me almost 20 minutes just to upload a document that should have taken 2 minutes. Everything else works fine but they really need to fix that website because not everyone has time to be struggling with technology when they're trying to sort out medical stuff.
