Good rooms but the service is frustrating

Hospital appointment brought me to this area and I stopped by since Eko Hotels suppose to be the best in West Africa right. The rooms were clean and comfortable sha but abeg the front desk staff took forever to process my check-in, I was standing there for almost 30 minutes watching them chat among themselves. Food at the restaurant was decent enough and the AC worked fine but for what they charging you'd think the wifi wouldn't be acting up every five minutes. I'll probably come back because the rooms are nice but they really need to sort out their customer service wahala.

Good stay but the WiFi situation is frustrating

Came here for a work trip and honestly Eko Hotels lived up to the hype — the rooms are clean, staff were attentive, and breakfast had variety. But abeg, the WiFi connection is so unreliable that I spent half my morning troubleshooting instead of working, which defeated the whole purpose of choosing a 'preferred' hotel. Everything else was solid sha, just sort out the internet thing and you're perfect.
