Frequent customer here and I must say Dana Air has really stepped up their game. Last month I flew from Lagos to Abuja for work and the whole thing was hassle-free sha, from check-in to landing. What got me was how the cabin crew took time to greet passengers by name and check on elderly folks like my mother who was traveling with me. For someone like me who uses flights regularly for work, this kind of attention means everything because most airlines treat you like you're just another number.
Was skeptical at first but I needed to fly from Yola to Lagos for a delivery job so I tried Dana Air. Booking online was a whole wahala — website kept timing out and I had to call them three times before someone could confirm my seat, wasted almost two hours on that alone. The flight itself sha was good, departed on schedule and got me there safely, but abeg that booking experience nearly made me miss my flight completely.
