Good flights but their booking system needs work

I've tried here for my hajj arrangements and the flights themselves were reliable which is what matters most honestly. Staff were helpful when I finally got through to someone but abeg their phone lines are always busy and you'd spend forever trying to reach them to confirm your booking or ask questions. The actual flight experience was smooth and on time but that booking process sha frustrated me because getting a human to pick up felt like a mission on its own.

Used them for hajj flight and honestly mixed feelings

Came for a hajj package booking since everyone was recommending them and the staff at the counter were helpful with explaining the whole process sha. But when it came time to confirm my flight details three weeks later nobody was picking calls, took me almost two weeks of going back and forth before someone finally got back to me. The flight itself went smooth and prices were fair compared to other places but the communication before departure had me stressed for nothing. Won't say don't use them but abeg have backup contact numbers ready because relying on them alone is risky.

Max Air got me sorted for hajj no stress

Was skeptical at first because flying domestic in Nigeria can be a whole thing, but my experience with Max Air for my hajj trip was smooth honestly. The staff at the counter were patient with all my questions about luggage and documentation, didn't rush me through like some airlines do. Flight departed on time which sha surprised me, and everything went according to plan from booking to landing. For someone my age who flies maybe once a year, they made the whole process feel less stressful than it usually is.
