Frequent customer here and I must say Eterna has been reliable with their energy solutions for my church operations. The team knows their stuff and the products work as promised, but abeg their turnaround time for inquiries is something else. I sent a message about lubricant specifications last week and it took almost 5 days before anyone got back to me, meanwhile other suppliers were responding same day. Still a solid outfit overall but they need to speed up their communication sha.
