Review Time
Came to purchase some lubricant solutions for my generator at home and the products themselves were decent quality honestly. But abeg the guy at the counter took forever to process my order, kept asking me the same questions twice like he wasn't listening the first time. The pricing is fair compared to what I see elsewhere but if they want repeat customers they need to train their staff better because my time is valuable too. I'll probably go back because the product works but next time I'm hoping for faster service.

The team knows their stuff and the products work as promised, but abeg their turnaround time for inquiries is something else. I sent a message about lubricant specifications last week and it took almost 5 days before anyone got back to me, meanwhile other suppliers were responding same day. Still a solid outfit overall but they need to speed up their communication sha.
