They doing their thing but communication sha

Known this place for years and Seplat has always been solid with their corporate dealings and all that, so I can't complain about the actual work they do. What got me annoyed though is how long it takes to get proper feedback when you're waiting on responses from their team. I no go lie, I waited almost three weeks for a reply on something that should have been sorted in days and when they finally got back to me the issue was resolved already. Overall they're reliable and know their business well well, but abeg they need to work on their communication speed because it's really the only thing dragging the whole experience down.

Good company but their communication na wa

Been following Seplat Energy for a while now and I'll say they've got a solid operation going. The way they handle their business and their presence in the energy sector is impressive, no lie. My only gripe sha is that getting clear information about their services can be frustrating — you'd think a company that big would have better communication channels for customers trying to reach them. Overall though, if you're looking to engage with a serious energy company, they're the real deal.
