Been following Shell Nigeria for years and they still deliver

Long time customer dropping a review finally because as an engineer I appreciate companies that actually know what they're doing. Their corporate operations and industry leadership is something I've watched closely over the years, and honestly they've maintained standards that smaller companies can't even touch. The way they handle their business relations and keep things running smoothly is proper — not easy in this Nigerian environment but they manage it. Worth respect for what they've built and how they keep operations steady despite everything going on.

good fuel but the queue system sha

I've been visiting here for months now and the petrol quality is solid, no argument there. But abeg, why is the queue management still disorganized like this? Last time I came I waited almost an hour just to get to the pump even though there were only three cars ahead of me — the attendants were moving like they had all day. Everything else runs smooth, prices are fair, but e no easy when you're an electrician trying to get to a job site and you're stuck in a fuel station for that long.

Good fuel and service but the queue system needs work

Been coming here for months now and I won't lie Shell still does their thing proper. The fuel quality is there, pumps work fine, and the staff sha were actually helpful when I asked questions about the right grade for my generator. My only gripe though — the queue management during peak hours is a mess, waited almost 40 minutes last week when there were only three cars ahead of me, dem need to sort that out abeg.

decent fuel prices but the service line is crazy

Came to pay a bill nearby and decided to fill up here since I was in the area. The fuel price is competitive I won't lie, but abeg the queue system is a whole mess — waited almost 40 minutes while three pumps were just standing there empty and only one attendant moving around like snail. Guy at the counter when I finally paid didn't even greet me, just collected my money like I owed am something. Won't lie the product is good but the wahala to get it sef na the problem.
