Their corporate service really came through for me

Took a lot of convincing to try this place honestly because I didn't think they'd bother with someone like me but the team that handled my inquiry was actually responsive and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. What got me was how they explained everything clearly without all the corporate jargon that makes your head spin, so by the time I left I actually understood what was happening instead of just nodding along pretending. For a big downstream oil company I expected them to be cold and all business but they treated the whole thing properly sha. Won't lie I'm impressed and that's not easy to do.

Good company but their communication system is frustrating

Been following MRS Oil Nigeria for a while now and honestly their corporate operations are solid — they know what they're doing in the downstream sector sef. The thing that got me annoyed sha is trying to get information from their office — emails take forever to get responses and when you finally reach someone by phone the person acts like they're doing you a favor. Quality of their work is there no doubt but abeg the communication aspect needs serious improvement because it's one wahala dealing with them.
