Oando really knows their business sha

Wasn't even planning to come but my company needed energy solutions sorted and I got dragged along with the IT team. The whole process was straightforward — they explained everything clearly without making it complicated, and honestly I appreciated that they didn't treat us like we were wasting their time. What got me most was how fast they actually moved compared to other corporate places I've been to, we were in and out in good time. It's the kind of service that makes you wonder why other companies can't just do the basics well.

fuel prices nice but service no match

last week was when the cracks started showing proper. The petrol pump attendant took almost 20 minutes to attend to me — I'm standing there like mumu while other customers just slash ahead. Thing is, the fuel quality itself is solid and prices are competitive sha, but the way they run things here needs serious work. I no go lie, I'm still gonna come back because alternatives around Enugu are worse, but they need to hire more people or something because this waiting business is for the birds.

fuel prices reasonable but the queues ehn

The petrol quality is solid, no water in my tank like some other places. But abeg, the waiting time during peak hours is something else — came on a Friday afternoon and spent almost an hour just to fill up my car. Guy at the pump could move faster sef but I understand dem get traffic. Still better than most filling stations around Abuja sha, so I keep coming back even though my patience gets tested.

good fuel station but their queue management is annoying

Oando has been solid sha — fuel is always available when everywhere else are running dry, which honestly matters more than people realize. The thing is, they really need to sort out how they manage the queue because last week I waited almost 40 minutes just to fill up, and there were only three cars ahead of me. Staff are friendly enough and the pumps work fine, but abeg if they could get another attendant during rush hours that would change everything. Still better than most stations around Warri so I keep coming back.
