Good work but their communication sha

Came to Boulos for some industrial equipment assembly work and I won't lie the final product was solid. The team knows what they doing and the quality of work matched what they promised me. My only gripe though is nobody kept me updated on progress until I started calling them myself asking for status updates. For a business handling assembly work you'd think communication would be easier but e no easy I guess.

Good work but their communication needs serious help

I've tried here for months now and they do solid work on the assembly side honestly, but abeg their follow up is terrible. You complete a job and then trying to get updates or clarification about what happens next is like pulling teeth na. Everything else runs smooth and the team knows their craft, but if they can sort out how they talk to customers this place would be perfect.

Good work but the waiting time sha

Been following Boulos Enterprises for a while and finally decided to check out their operation myself. They really know their craft when it comes to the assembly work — the whole setup is organized and the workers seem to know what they're doing, which is impressive honestly. My only gripe is the waiting period before they could attend to me properly took almost an hour and I no go lie, that dampened the experience a bit. Everything else was solid though, so I'll be back but abeg make them sort the waiting situation.
