Their corporate team really knows their stuff

I've been dealing with Rainoil Limited for my shop supplies for about eight months now and honestly they've made things smooth for me. What got me was how their account manager actually took time to understand my business needs instead of just pushing products at me, and when there was a delivery issue last month she sorted it out same day without me having to chase anybody up and down. Prices are fair for what you get and their supply chain is reliable which matters when you're running a shop. I won't lie, dealing with big energy companies can be frustrating but these ones sef know how to treat their B2B customers right.

Mixed bag with Rainoil — good on paper bad in practice

Came to sort out some downstream energy services for my farm operations and I won't lie, their corporate team was knowledgeable about what they do. But abeg, the whole process took longer than it should have — kept shuttling between departments and nobody seemed to have a complete picture of my account. The pricing structure sef is not transparent at all, charged me fees I didn't expect. Won't say don't bother but do your homework first before committing to anything with them.
