Known this place for years and Seplat has always been solid with their corporate dealings and all that, so I can't complain about the actual work they do. What got me annoyed though is how long it takes to get proper feedback when you're waiting on responses from their team. I no go lie, I waited almost three weeks for a reply on something that should have been sorted in days and when they finally got back to me the issue was resolved already. Overall they're reliable and know their business well well, but abeg they need to work on their communication speed because it's really the only thing dragging the whole experience down.
