Review Time
I've tried here for a while now and the wellness hub is actually decent for us civil servants. They stock what teachers need and the staff know their business, but abeg the queue management is something else entirely. Last time I waited almost an hour just to process a simple request when there were only three people ahead of me. Everything else is fine but if they sort out that waiting time issue they'd be perfect.
Didn't have high hopes honestly but my colleague kept saying they had useful resources for teachers so I went to check am out in Katsina. The staff were friendly enough and they actually had some items I was looking for but the process of getting what I needed took way longer than it should have sha. They seemed disorganized with their inventory and I waited almost an hour just to confirm if something was in stock. For what they're supposed to be offering teachers, I expected better coordination but I'll give them credit they're trying.
