Review Time
Came to check out their health technology hub setup since I'm trying to stay updated with what's happening in the sector and honestly the facilities look decent. The equipment and systems they've got there are solid but the staff attitude sha needs serious work because nobody greeted me when I walked in and I had to ask three different people before someone actually explained what services they offer. Waited almost 45 minutes before I could get proper information about their programs and by that time I was already frustrated. Good intentions with the tech they're using but they need to train their people on how to treat visitors abeg.
Frequent customer here and I must say the Federal College Education Umunze has really got their digital health technology setup together. The staff know what they doing and the equipment is modern sha, but abeg their internet connection is something else. I came in last week to access some health records and spent almost 30 minutes just trying to log in because the connection kept dropping. Otherwise it's a solid place for what they offer and I'll keep coming back, but they need to sort out that wifi issue because it's costing them customers.
