Came to inquire about their tertiary and research services and the academic staff sha were really knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what they offer. But getting through the paperwork and coordination took way longer than it should have, and nobody seemed to have their act together when it came to timelines and follow up. The facilities and expertise are there no doubt, but the operational side needs serious work because e no easy waiting around for responses. I'd go back because the actual services are good but abeg sort out your administrative team first.
