Good research hub but their registration process sha

Came to access their tertiary research services and honestly the facilities are solid, staff know what they're doing. My only gripe is the registration took way longer than it should have, like they could streamline that whole thing because I spent almost an hour filling forms when it could've been 20 minutes tops. The actual research resources and support once I got in were worth it though, so I can't complain too much. Would come back but abeg make them sort out that front desk wahala.

Their research services are solid but the admin process is frustrating

Came to inquire about their tertiary and research services and the academic staff sha were really knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what they offer. But getting through the paperwork and coordination took way longer than it should have, and nobody seemed to have their act together when it came to timelines and follow up. The facilities and expertise are there no doubt, but the operational side needs serious work because e no easy waiting around for responses. I'd go back because the actual services are good but abeg sort out your administrative team first.
