was skeptical but first bank still has issues

Honestly I wasn't planning to come but my business partner needed to sort out some account thing so I followed her. The girl at the counter sha didn't even look up when we walked in, just kept typing on her computer like we were invisible — waited almost 20 minutes before she acknowledged us. The actual service when she finally attended was fine, transfers went through quick and no wahala with that side, but the whole vibe and how they treat customers like you're bothering them sef spoiled the whole thing. Not terrible enough to switch banks but not good enough to recommend to anyone either.
