Came for a consultation on their automation systems and the technical side was actually solid, I won't lie. But sha the whole process took almost two hours when they promised 45 minutes and nobody even offered me water while I waited. The solutions they proposed look promising for my trading operations but the way they handled the appointment and follow-up has me on the fence about committing to them fully. If they sort out their responsiveness and respect people's time, they'd be much better.
