Good tech solutions but their response time needs work

Came for a consultation on their energy automation system and I'll be honest the solutions they showed me were solid and addressed exactly what I was looking for. The team really knew their stuff when explaining the tech sef. My only gripe is the back and forth took longer than it should have na, like they moved at snail pace with follow ups even after I showed genuine interest. Still worth trying if you need serious energy tech solutions but abeg prepare yourself for the waiting game.

Energy solutions are good but their customer service needs work

Came for a consultation on their automation systems and the technical side was actually solid, I won't lie. But sha the whole process took almost two hours when they promised 45 minutes and nobody even offered me water while I waited. The solutions they proposed look promising for my trading operations but the way they handled the appointment and follow-up has me on the fence about committing to them fully. If they sort out their responsiveness and respect people's time, they'd be much better.
