I came to Phillips Consulting honestly because my fashion line wasn't growing the way I wanted and I needed proper guidance. The consultant assigned to me took time to really look at how I was running things and didn't just give me surface level advice sha. What got me most was how they broke down the business management side in a way that made sense for someone like me who's more creative than numbers-focused. Already seeing results and I'm genuinely impressed with what they suggested.
Wasn't even planning to come but my business partner dragged me to Phillips Consulting for some advice on restructuring our salon operations and honestly it was useful. The consultants actually understood what they were talking about and gave practical suggestions that weren't just theory sha. My only gripe is the waiting time — I had an appointment for 2pm and didn't get attended to until almost 3, which annoyed me considering they knew I was coming. Otherwise the whole experience was solid and worth the money, just work on punctuality abeg.
