Good work but communication was rough

Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway and honestly Julius Berger did deliver on the project side. The construction work was solid, timeline was mostly kept, and the quality of work showed they know what they doing. My only issue sha was getting updates from them during the process — calling their office was like pulling teeth, sometimes nobody picks for days and you just left wondering what's happening on your site. For a company this size, the communication gap between site and office is frustrating because it's 2024 and WhatsApp exists abeg.

Good work but the communication sha

Wasn't even planning to come but my hospital had a project nearby and I decided to check out Julius Berger's work site — I'll give it to them, the construction quality and project management was actually impressive, very organized and professional. The thing that annoyed me though was getting any information; I no go lie, trying to reach someone in their office to ask basic questions about timelines took forever and they weren't responsive on calls. But overall the actual construction work they do is solid, so I'm satisfied even with that one frustration — would be perfect if their communication matched their building standards sef.
