Came for tax advice and left confused

Reluctantly agreed to come here for my company's tax consultation and honestly the whole thing felt rushed. The consultant was knowledgeable sha but he spoke so fast and used so much jargon that I had to ask him to repeat himself three times. For what they charge, I expected someone to actually sit down and explain things properly to a 54-year-old accountant like me instead of treating it like I'm supposed to understand everything first try. The assurance services they mentioned came with so many hidden clauses and follow-up meetings that the initial quote was basically useless by the end.

Finally understand why people rate them high

Wasn't even planning to come but my accountant recommended PwC Nigeria for my tax situation and I decided to check them out. The woman who handled my assessment was patient sha — took time to explain everything clearly without making me feel stupid, which honestly don't happen often. For someone like me doing side hustles with the bricklaying work, getting proper tax guidance that I could actually understand was worth the stress of finding the place. I no go lie, they sorted me out proper.
